There are two ways to get in touch with Nym Support. Whichever you choose, including a few details up front gets you a useful answer faster.
From within the NymVPN app
Go to ⚙️ (Settings) > Support & feedback > Get in touch.
Via the support form
Fill out this form: Get in touch.
What to include
- Your platform and app version
- A clear description of the issue and what you have already tried
- Logs, if the issue is technical. See How to find app and daemon logs in NymVPN?
Stay safe: how to recognize real Nym Support
The Nym Support team will never reach out to you first. Any contact from Nym will only come from a @nymtech.net or @nym.com email address. Messages claiming to be Nym Support on social media, chat apps, or from other email domains are not us. Never share your 24-word access code with anyone: we do not need it to help you, and no legitimate support request requires it.
