Where you cancel depends on how you paid: by card or Apple/Google Pay on the web, cancel at nym.com/account/login under Account > Manage plan; by crypto, send a request at support.nym.com/requests/new; through the iOS or Android app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play.
Web subscription (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Go to nym.com/account/login and sign in with your 24-word access code.
- Open Account > Manage plan.

It takes effect right away, but your access runs to the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Cryptocurrency subscription
These can't be canceled from the web page. Submit a request at support.nym.com/requests/new, choose Billing > Cancel subscription, and include your account ID and the transaction hash of your original payment. We'll confirm once it's done.
Apple App Store
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select NymVPN, tap Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

- Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select NymVPN, tap Cancel subscription, and confirm.

Trials and refunds
Cancel within the 7-day free trial (on the 6-month and 1-year plans paid by card) and you're not charged; access runs to the end of the trial. Past the trial but within 30 days of a paid plan, you can request a pro-rata refund for the unused days. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund anything, it just stops the next renewal. См.
