- A clear description of the issue and what you have already tried

Stay safe: how to recognize real Nym Support
The Nym Support team will never reach out to you first. Any contact from Nym will only come from a @nymtech.net or @nym.com email address. Messages claiming to be Nym Support on social media, chat apps, or from other email domains are not us. Never share your 24-word access code with anyone: we do not need it to help you, and no legitimate support request requires it.
