NymVPN supports up to 10 devices on a single account. You activate each device using the same 24-word access code. No email address or password is required.
All 10 devices can be connected simultaneously. Each device operates independently on the Nym network and is not linked to any other device on your account.
How to add a new device?
1. Download NymVPN on the new device from nym.com.
2. Open the app and enter your 24-word access code.
3. The device will automatically connect to the Nym network.
If you have already activated 10 devices and need to add another, you will need to remove an existing device first.

Are my devices linked together?
No. At the network level, your devices are indistinguishable from any other device on the network. NymVPN cannot tell which devices belong to the same account. For more details, see: Are my devices linked together when using NymVPN?
What happens if I lose my access code?
Your 24-word access code cannot be recovered. If you lose it, you lose access to your account and all connected devices. Store it securely offline. See: What you should know about your 24-word NymVPN access code.
