How to cancel a subscription bought through Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Google processes Play Store cancellations directly. Nym cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions on your behalf.

What happens to my free trial if I cancel?

If you cancel within the 7-day free trial (available on the 1-year and 2-year plans), your access stays active until the trial period ends and you are not charged. If you've moved past the trial and you're within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you can request a pro-rata refund for the unused days. Will I get a refund when I cancel?

不会的。 Your account and your 24-word access code stay with you. If you choose to subscribe again later, the same access code will work.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Not at this time. You can cancel and resubscribe whenever you're ready. Your account and access code will still be there.

I don't see a Manage plan option, why?

The Manage plan option only appears for subscriptions purchased on the web with card or Apple/Google Pay. Crypto subscriptions are managed through support requests. In-app purchases are managed through your Apple or Google account.
