NymVPN can issue a receipt for your purchase on request. Send your NymVPN account ID (starts with n1) to our support team and we'll issue the receipt for you, usually within a few days. Self-service receipt and VAT-invoice generation through nym.com is in development; today, requests go through support.

We'll respond within a few business days with the receipt attached.
What's on the receipt
A NymVPN receipt typically includes:
- The transaction date and amount
- The subscription plan purchased (1-month, 6-month, or 1-year)
- The payment method (without sensitive details)
- Nym Technologies SA company details and registered address
- Any name and address details you provided when requesting the receipt
A note on VAT invoices
At this time Nym Technologies SA does not issue VAT invoices for NymVPN purchases. We understand many businesses and freelancers need a VAT-compliant invoice for accounting, and we're actively building a flow that will let you generate VAT invoices directly through your nym.com account, including retroactively once the feature ships. Until then, the receipt above is the document we can provide.
If your accounting requires a VAT invoice and the receipt won't suffice, reach out to support and we'll work with you on what's possible.
Apple App Store and Google Play purchases
If you bought NymVPN through the App Store or Google Play, your purchase receipt comes directly from Apple or Google rather than from Nym.
- Apple: sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com to view your purchase history and receipts.
- Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history. You can also find a receipt by email in the inbox of the Google account you used.
