NymVPN supports cash payments in Swiss Francs (₣), Euros (€), British Pounds (£), and US Dollars ($). This allows you to make private payments without using digital services.
Follow these steps to complete your payment:
Step 1: Prepare your account ID and payment note
Write or print your Account ID on paper. You can find your Account ID in your NymVPN account dashboard under Settings > Account Details.
Make sure you do not include your 24-word passphrase. You should also include the payment note if one was provided.
Step 2: Mail your payment
Mail your Account ID along with the rounded-up cash amount of your subscription to:

Once Nym receives your payment, typically within 5 to 10 days for international mail, we will credit it to your account. Your account will only be credited after the payment has arrived and been processed.
Important notes for cash payments
Use bills only; do not send coins. Refunds are not available for cash payments. We recommend rounding your payment up to the nearest full amount or more. Any extra will be donated to a privacy cause. Delivery times may vary, and Nym is not responsible for lost mail. Please also make sure that sending cash by mail is legal in your country before proceeding.
