How can I request an invoice for my NymVPN subscription?

You can request an invoice by contacting the Nym Support.

Make sure to include the following details:

• Subscription and payment details (last 4-digit for card payment, transaction hash for crypto payment)
• Full name, including legal name if requesting on behalf of a business
• Full address
• VAT number or tax ID (for companies)

This information will help us generate your invoice correctly. We usually generate invoices within a couple of days after receiving all the required information.
