You can request an receipt by contacting the Nym Support.
Make sure to include the following details:
- Subscription and payment details (last 4-digit for card payment, transaction hash for crypto payment)
- Full name, including legal name if requesting on behalf of a business
- Full address
- VAT number or tax ID (for companies)
This information will help us generate the document correctly. We usually generate receipts within a couple of days after receiving all the required information.
