NymVPN says it's connected, but websites do not load
After using NymVPN in either mode for several hours and/or switching from Wi-Fi to cellular networks, NymVPN may not work as expected. If this happens, disconnect and then reconnect, and the issue should be resolved. In case this does not work, restart the app and attempt to connect again.
Before reaching out
- Update the app. Make sure you are on the latest version of NymVPN from the App Store; iOS fixes ship regularly.
- Restart your device. A device restart clears stuck network state that an app restart cannot.
