NymVPN offers pro-rata refunds within the first 30 days of a new subscription: cancel before day 30 and you're refunded for the unused days (cancel on day 10 of a 30-day plan, get 20 days back). After 30 days, subscriptions aren't refundable. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Requesting a refund
Contact Nym Support with your NymVPN account ID and, optionally, a reason. For crypto, also include a wallet address on the same blockchain as your payment (any valid address on that network works, it needn't be the original). We aim to process refunds within 10 days, with exact timing depending on the method.

Card (Stripe)
Returned to the original card, 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cryptocurrency
Provide any address on the same blockchain as your payment. Crypto refunds are usually issued within 2 weeks. Supported coins:

Apple App Store
Apple bills these, so we can't refund them directly. Request a refund from Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your NymVPN subscription, select Request a refund, and submit. Apple usually replies within 24 to 48 hours, and their decision is final.
Google Play
Request through Nym Support within the 30-day window. For purchases in the last 48 hours you can also go direct: Play Store app > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > NymVPN > Request a refund. Older than 48 hours, contact Nym Support.
Cash
I haven't received my refund
Card refunds take 5 to 10 business days after processing; if it's been longer, check with your bank first, then reach out to Nym Support. For crypto, check the transaction on a block explorer. If you've had no confirmation from support within a week of your request, contact us again with your original details.
