NymVPN offers pro-rata refunds within the first 30 days of a new subscription. If you cancel before 30 days are up, you receive a refund for the unused days remaining. Example: Cancel on day 10 of a 30-day plan → refund for 20 unused days. After 30 days, subscriptions are not eligible for a refund. For full details, see our Terms of Service.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, contact Nym Support and include the following: Your NymVPN account ID, and optionally, the reason for your refund request.
For cryptocurrency payments: you should also submit a wallet address on the same blockchain as your original payment. This does not need to be the same address. Any valid address on that network works. We aim to process refund requests within 10 days; the exact timing depends on your payment method (see below).

Card payments (Stripe)
Refunds are returned to the original card. Allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cryptocurrency
Provide any wallet address on the same blockchain as your original payment when contacting support. Cryptocurrency refunds are usually issued within 2 weeks.

Apple app store
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple. We are unable to issue refunds for these payments directly. To request a refund, contact Apple: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Find your NymVPN subscription and select Request a refund. Choose a reason and submit. Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours. Their decision is final.
Google play
Refunds for Google Play purchases can be requested through Nym Support, provided they fall within the 30-day refund window above. If the purchase was made within the last 48 hours, you can also request directly from Google: Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Select NymVPN and tap Request a refund. For purchases older than 48 hours, contact Google Play Support.
Cash payments
I haven't received my refund
If you submitted a refund request but haven't received it, check the following: Card refunds take 5–10 business days after processing. If more than 10 business days have passed, contact your bank first, then reach out to Nym Support if the issue persists. For cryptocurrency refunds, check the transaction status on a block explorer for your network. If you have not received a confirmation from Nym Support within one week of your request, contact us again with your original request details.
