We understand that invoicing is essential for our users’ accounting and business needs, and we’re actively working on a solution that will allow you to generate and download invoices directly through nym.com, including retroactively once this feature is available.
In the meantime, we can provide a receipt for your purchase upon request. Simply share your NymVPN account ID (starts with n1) with our support team, and we’ll issue the receipt for you, usually within a few days.
