We want you to be completely satisfied with your NymVPN experience. If you change your mind or encounter any issues, we offer pro-rata refunds within the first 30 days of your subscription. This means that if you cancel your subscription partway through, you will receive a refund for the unused days.
For example: If you request a refund after 20 days, you will receive a refund for the remaining 10 days of your 30-day plan.
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Card payments are refunded directly back to the original card (via Stripe).
- NYM tokens and other cryptocurrencies are returned to the sender's address.
