"Account Not Registered" Error on iOS
If you're experiencing the "Account not registered. Please try again" error when trying to log into the NymVPN app on your iOS device, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
- Open the NymVPN App on your iOS device.
- Navigate to Settings > Support & Feedback.
- Select Reset VPN Configuration.
- Re-enter your mnemonic/access code when prompted.
This issue may occur if you enter a new mnemonic without first logging out of your previous session. After completing these steps, the app should accept your mnemonic, and the VPN should connect properly.
