Reason:
You may not have an active NymVPN subscription, or your current subscription has expired.
Solution:
Visit https://nym.com/pricing to renew your plan. If you believe this is a mistake and your subscription should still be active, please contact support.
"Requesting zk-nym failed / RequestZkNymError [ kind: MissingBlindedShares"
Reason:
This may happen if your device fails to retrieve anonymous credentials due to a configuration issue or subscription problem.
Solution:
- Ensure you have the latest version of the apps installed.
- If you have an active NymVPN subscription:
- Make sure you have your 24-word anonymous Access Code at hand;
- In your NymVPN apps, go to ⚙️ (Settings menu), and tap `Log out` at the very bottom of the screen;
- Tap the `Connect` button and enter your Access Code again when prompted.
- If you don't have an active subscription:
- Head to https://nym.com/pricing to buy a new NymVPN plan;
- When prompted, link all your devices by entering your newly generated Access Code in the NymVPN apps.
